Our Mission
DogGone Adorable is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to supporting small, independent animal shelters and rescues. We donate 100% of our proceeds to their cause, helping more animals find loving homes and providing vital resources to organizations that need them most.
Events That Make a Difference
We’re thrilled to return to event planning! Every year, we bring our community together through two larger signature events and two smaller gatherings—all dedicated to supporting the shelters and rescues that care for animals in need.

VOLUNTEER
This is easier than it sounds. You can volunteer at many rescues for minimal time and little commitment. You just need to fill out an application to become a volunteer, express your level of commitment. Upon approval of the rescue/shelter you can take an animal for a car ride, a walk on leash, a dog park (on leash is highly recommended) and then report back to the rescue/shelter. This feedback helps the rescue/shelter know more about the animal's personality and demeanors. These details help advertise the animal on social media, in person visits and adoption events.

Sometimes people are afraid of fostering because "I will want to keep them all". Well, yes. You may want to however, there are different forms of fostering. Sometimes a rescue/shelter needs people to foster small kittens, puppies and other animals who need time to grow enough to be adopted, sometimes animals have surgery and need a foster until they are well enough to go back to a shelter. Sometimes they need a special person/family who can take on a Hospice Animal.
At the end of the day, you can help by fostering for a short time. *See VOLUNTEER*

One of the EASIEST ways to help is to attend fundraisers and events. SHARE these events on all of your Social Media sites. Donate! All small rescues and shelters have multiple online apps to donate. It doesn't always have to be money. Most small rescues and shelters need physical items: blankets, towels, kitty litter, food, pee pee pads, cleaning supplies, wet food/formula...I can go on. If you are decluttering your home, please consider items to donate to animals in need.

Understandably, we all have questions about adopting, owning, training, feeding and the list goes on.
I may not be able to answer every question but I will do my best to guide you in the right direction for safe and appropriate answers.
